Agnes was the beating heart of our organisation – her leaderhip bent the heavens if it was necessary. Without her at the helm I’d fear we’d all be lost! Fortunately, her characteristic, supernatural prescience has left us right where we were. Stable. Secure. Directed.
Agnes, I remember when you gave me my first merit. That little thing stays on my mantlepiece gathering dust, knocking at me every now and then… The kindness and purpose in your eyes, the warmth as your hands left meaning with me. You will be remembered fondly by all of us.
